Dear,
Within its activities in the area of reforming the labor market the Business Environment project of USAID, is working intensively on activities related to promotion of flexible labor market, development of social dialogue, promotion of active measures of the labor market, reform of the Employment Agency as well as promotion of the concept of lifelong learning.
During the previous period the project along with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and Employment Agency RM, designed and implemented measures as part of the National Employment Strategy 2006-2010, as part of Operational plans of the Government of RM for active measures on the labor market.

Фондацијата Институт отворено општество - Македонија (ФИООМ), во рамки на Програмата за економски реформи интензивно работи на активности поврзани со развој на претприемништвото како и развој на капацитетите на ромската заедница во Македонија. Во таа насока, во периодот од јануари 2006 до јануари 2009 ФИООМ го реализираше проектот Обука на Роми обучувачи за претприемништво. Една од главните цели на Обуката за обучувачи беше пренесување на знаења и вештини за подготовка на сопствен Бизнис план и понатамошно пренесување на истите на други лица со цел започнување сопствен бизнис. Во двата циклуса обуки вкупно опфатени 25 млади обучувачи кои самостојно изработија сопствен Бизнис план.
