The main objective of the assignment was to develop a specialised guide on real estate market in Macedonia that will provide actual data about the characteristics and trends of this market. The report will substantially support Invest Macedonia’s activities in promoting investments in real estate in Macedonia and will constitute an essential part of the information package to be presented at Expo Real 2008. |

According to a decision made by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, by the end of 2002 all registered corporations in Macedonia had to be listed on the Macedonian Stock Exchange Market (MSE). Thus, all of the newly listed companies had to have a publicly available company profile. The CDS was engaged in the preparation of several of the profiles of Macedonian companies that were later successfully listed on the MSE. |
