Mr. Nenad Apostoloski – Managing Partner, ICT consultant / Trainer

Nenad Apostoloski

Mr. Apostoloski is a consultant, trainer and partner at the CDS.  Mr. Apostoloski is an ICT specialist with wide experience in managing various international ICT projects for financial institutions in the region.

Also, Mr. Apostoloski designed, delivered and managed numerous trainings for the public, private and civil sector including capacity building for increasing of youth employment.  He is the lead designer of the Integrated Learning – human resources development product consisting of 5 soft skills training modules.  Furthermore, he has excellent knowledge of the Macedonian socio-political situation and labor issues as he has worked on a number of development projects.

The topics he covered in the past range from Business planning, Strategic business development, Negotiations, Communication, Presentation and Motivation skills, Train the Trainer, CV development to Gender equality and Project Cycle Management.

 

 

Ms. Maja Arsova – Partner, Consultant / Trainer

Ms. Maja Arsova is consultant, trainer and partner at CDS with more than 8 years experience. Her areas of expertise are strategic planning, action planning, project design, management and evaluation. She has designed and delivered trainings on following subject: accounting management, business finance, communication skills, strategic planning, project cycle management and others. She has worked on many projects for different organization such as UNDP, USAID, FOSIM, CIR –a, GTZ.

Ms. Maja Arsova holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Finance University of Central Florida, School of Business Administration. She has experience in developing business plans, investment proposals and market research. Maja has very good knowledge and understanding of the socio –economic situation in Macedonia including decentralization processes and local development. 

Ms. Zaklina Gestakovska Aleksovska – Training and HR manager 

Ms. Gestakovska Aleksovska is a consultant and trainer at CDS.  She has 12 years experience as Trainer and Facilitator, 7 years of experience as Training Manager. She holds a degree as Master of Arts of Public Administration from Syracuse University as a Fullbright student and a Certificate in Women’s Studies at the same university.   From 2005 to 2007 she was a Long Term Senior Trainer and Consultant for the Human Resources Development Fund. The Project included organizing and delivery of 5 cycles of training for managers of SMEs all over Macedonia and she also took a leading role in establishing good relations with all relevant stakeholders in starting a new institution for development of human resources in small and medium size enterprises. 

Most recently, Ms Gestakovska was a leader and facilitator of an Experience Exchange Group of the University American College and top managers of 11 IT companies with specific aim of improving the cooperation between the academia and the industry in improving curricula and managing internships. Through this project and working with managers from all industries in Macedonia, Ms. Gestakovska Aleksovska gained in depth knowledge and understanding of the active labor market and employment trends in the country.

She is currently managing Moja Kariera, Internship and job placement project, funded by USAID Competitiveness project. 

 

Ms. Maja Andonova – Jokic - Project Assistant

Ms. Andonova – Jokic has been the lead logistics organizer of the trainings for scalling-up the Student Support Technician Clubs (SSTCs) and for the project for Modernisation of the Ministry of Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and the core of her duties in CDS are administrative support, communication with clients, tracking of expenses, submitting invoices and overall financial functioning of the office.  Ms Andonova Jokic has been a project assistant in several projects managed by CDS, and has been responsible for financial accountability for all of them. For the Modernisation of Education Project, Ms Andonova Jokic was responsible for contacting the schools to solicit the names of participants and she established good communication with all of them and the Bureau for Development of Education. She finalized the arrangements with the trainers and the schools regarding dates, transport of participants, lunch during the training days, logging where necessary and materials and was responsible for reimbursing expenses.  For the scalling-up the Student Support Technician Clubs (SSTCs) training activities, she was responsible for contacting the school directors and arranging the logistics where she served as a logistics officer.

Ms. Tamara Resavska – Project Assistant

Tamara Resavska is a graduate in Communication sciences at SEEU and pursues MA in Communication. She started as an intern during her studies at SEEU and now works full time at CDS. During her internship her skills improved with every new assignment and she served as a logistics officer for USAID PEP scalling-up the Student Support Technician Clubs (SSTCs) training activities.

She is now continuously engaged in activities related to trainings performed by CDS, such as logistics and assistance. At the moment she is engaged in Moja Kariera, Internship and job placement project, funded by USAIDS’s Competitiveness project, as a part from the promotional activities and as a training assistant at the Communication skills trainings, and Writing CV and motivation letter trainings for students. 

Ms. Natasa Cvetkovska – Administrative assistant

Natasa Cvetkovska finished her bachelor’s degree in management on 31st of October 2008, at University St.”Cyril and Methodius” - Skopje. During her academiac studies she had the oportunity to work part time job at her father’s company where she learned the basis of entrepreneurship in practice, negotiations with distributers, handling documents. Six months after graduation she started to work as an intern at CDS.

As an intern she now works on the USAID’s Nacional internship and empolyment programme bearing many activities such as: administrating the web portal, creating statstics data, translating materials etc. 

 

Ms. Ana Dimovska – Project Assistant

Ana Dimovska is a graduate translator/interpretator in Albanian and Macedonian language from the Faculty of Philology “Blaze Koneski”, Skopje. During the studies, she had a six months experience of living Tirana, Albania, where she was working on implementing a project for student internship and employment in Albania and the region. 

She started as an intern with CDS shortly after her graduation, while matching her profile with the company’s one, using My Career’s Web Portal.

She is responsible for translation of the training materials, web posts, reports, evaluations and other variuos materials. In CDS she was also trained for updating and managing the Content Managment System of My Career’s Web Portal. She is now responsible for updating the web portal, publishing new posts and validating new users in the system on daily basis.

Mr. Epaminonda Glavinac –  Consultant / Trainer

Mr. Glavinac is a consultant and trainer with over 30 years of experience in the Macedonian economy and extensive experience in the realm of business negotiations.   His areas of expertise are labour market, business law, capacity building of institutions and individuals for growth, employment and self-employment.  He has strong background in development of training materials and delivery of trainings on different business topics.  Mr. Glavinac has also participated in a number of ToT trainings where he has strengthened his capacity as a trainer.  He continuously conducts consultancy services for local companies and has excellent knowledge of the Macedonian socio-economic situation and labour market issues and needs.
