CDS delivered the first part (3-day workshop) of the Strategic Planning Training in hotel Montana, Krusevo, from 13th until 15th of November. Some of the main aims of the training were presentation of the strategic planning process, gaining practical knowledge and skills for applying the methodology and tools for mapping the current state (SWOT, PESTLE), analyzing possible strategies and defining strategic aims and directions. This training is a continuation of the training efforts directed towards building the capacities of the Roma trainers.
The second part of the training will take place in Skopje on 5 and 6 of December.
