In the period from 24th to 28th of September 2009, in hotel Gratce, Kocani, for our client FIOOM, CDS designed and delivered a 5-day workshop for acquiring the knowledge and skills related to PCM based on the Logical Framework Approach (LFA).
The Project Cycle Management (PCM) training is a follow-up training effort with the combined group of trainers from both groups of Roma ToT 2007 and 2008. It was based on the proposed list of topics for Roma trainer development outlined during the needs assessment in March 2009. All of the 9 participants successfully finished the training.
