1.      Selling

Course profile: This course is designed to give new salespeople the confidence to appoint, present to and close potential customers. We use a combination of learning methods but place emphasis on role-play reinforcement of real life situations based on products and services relevant to the delegate's organisation.

Who should attend: Everyone for whom sales are part of their work.

What will you learn: This training considers the psychology and principles of selling, how to create positive first impressions, building trust and rapport with your customers, using questions to uncover customer needs, listening skills, understanding features and selling benefits, identifying buying signals, understanding and handling objections with ease, closing the sale, appointment making, etc.

 

2.      Project Management

Course profile:  There are number of good project management processes out there but, as always, a process is only as good as the people running it. So while there is some focus on process in this course, the primary focus is about getting the best out of the people involved.

Who should attend: Project managers or managers involved on project activities.

What will you learn: On this course for project management you will learn how to understand the project, the process & the manager, defining exciting project outcomes, generating ideas, motivating the project management team, communication as a project management tool, practical tools and techniques, giving effective feedback, what to do when things are going well, what to do when they're not, moving projects on to a successful outcome.

3.      Marketing

Course profile: People tend to think of marketing as a way to get a message across to the public about a product or service and to make that message enticing enough so that the public will want it. This can include all kinds of advertising and the creation of brand identity. Companies spend a lot of creative time making sure their brand identity reflects their product or service in the best possible light. Marketing helps ensure public recognition, even to the point where a logo or symbol is instantly recognisable without words.

Who should attend: Everyone working in the field of marketing or marketing related position.

What will you learn:  This course offers knowledge in the field of marketing and the changing environment, the market place and understanding competitors, understanding customers, who they are and how they buy, marketing tools - product, price, place and promotion, reinforcing the customer offer.

4.      Building Competitive Advantage

Course profile: It is not enough just to have an advantage over your competitors. For your business to succeed, it has to weather the storms of competition. You have to be able to beat today's ferocious market forces and volatility. In other words, your competitive advantage must be sustainable and able to endure the test of time. Understanding your competitive advantage is critical to your survival. It is why you are in business. Keep in mind that what you do best is what draws customers to buy your product or service rather than your competitor's.

Who should attend: Owners or managers of small, medium or large enterprises.

5.      Strategic Planning

 

Course profile: Strategic planning enables an organization to shape and guide its overall business objectives. Through effective strategic planning, an organization creates a framework for developing, adapting and aligning organizational vision, mission and goals to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. In this course, you gain the knowledge needed to formulate, execute and monitor the strategic planning for your organization based on proven analytical techniques and models.

Who should attend: Managers, executives, business analysts and those involved in planning and/or implementing strategic initiatives.
