1.      Team building

Course profile: Nowadays organizations are in need of individuals who can be productive part of a team as well as they can function as individuals. Each organisation has it's own culture and preferences, each team is at a particular stage in it's life, and each team member has a unique relationship within the team. This course provides you with practical knowledge and skills for working in teams as a part of an organization and its culture and activities.

Who should attend: Everyone, from managers to employees who are part of a working community in which being able to work as a member of a team is considered important.

What will you learn: Among things you can learn on this course are the basics of team building, what is an effective team, how to get high performance team, types of teams and their roles, why team building activities are important, conflict solving in teams, development of team skills, identifying a common goal, sharing and clarifying objectives, collectively planning and organizing resources, effective communication, balancing challenge and support.

 

2.      Leadership

 

Course profile: Today there is increased pressure to managers to lead and manage tasks and employees in this dynamic environment. In order to get things done managers need to function as leaders as well. Leadership is one of those things that's often awfully hard to define but you know when you see it, and you definitely know when it's missing. This course will enable managers to enhance their leadership abilities.

 

Who should attend: Managers employed in private and public sectors in need to develop leadership skills and become leaders in their area of expertise.

Course profile: In this dynamic society time management is one of the most common problems that people are facing. Issues considering time and quality use of time arise every minute. This course enables participants to analyze their time, to make active time management, and will provide them with advices for time management. The main reward for good time management is the feeling of being in control.
