Project main focus was to design and deliver training on problem solving and solutions identification of MAASP Advisory Groups local organizers and other core members using the Problem Tree Learning approach.
The main goal of the two-day course was to provide the participants with tools to generate their creative thinking for effective problem solving and decision making. They were able to identify problems, challenges, opportunities. In addition, they gained skills for prioritization of activities as a group. The workshop also enabled the participants to use a logical and systematic approach for the decision making process. At the end the participants were able to generate creative solutions that may not have normally been considered. | Client: | MAASP | | Origin of funding: | SIDA | | Date: | August 2005 – September 2005 | | Partners: | None | | Types of Services Provided: | Develop and Deliver “Problem Tree Learning - Creative Problem Solving” Workshop for MAASP Advisory Groups members | |
