The aim of the activity was to assist women from the five pilot municipalities (Bitola, Kumanovo, Gevgelija, Gostivar and Pehchevo) in acquiring skills for improving their position within family businesses and voicing their needs within professional associations as well as acquiring basic entrepreneurial skills.
