Develop and deliver 6 modules of Integrated Learning to MAASP core group (APRZ – National Extension Agency, MAFWE).
Integrated Learning concept consists of pre-reading materials on CD, practical skills workshop and tutor provided support after the workshop on the implementation of the practiced skills. The delivered modules are: 1. Motivation skills 2. Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills 1 3. Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills 2 4. Time management and planning & Report Writing 5. Training Needs Assessment & Monitoring and Evaluation Techniques 6. Project cycle management
