Development and delivery of training for 75 advisors from the Macedonian National Extension Agency (NEA) on the subject of Project Cycle Management based on the logical framework approach.
The first three modules of the training were conducted in one group made up of the regional managers and two advisors from each of the six regions. The fourth module was realized separately in each of the six regional offices where detailed action plans and budgets for all 12 projects were developed with the participation of all advisors that will be involved in the project.
