The main purpose of the training is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the employees in the State Labour Inspectorate to prepare SWOT analysis as part of the Strategic planning process. It will also serve to pass knowledge and practice business ethics skills needed in the daily practice of their work. The purpose of this training is to serve as an introduction into the Strategic planning process that will follow.
