Integrated learning is a logical and effective evolution of the small group learning agenda. It suggests a cost – effective solution to the challenges of tailoring learning and development to the needs of individuals who work in small teams (in the Programme situation this includes the staff of Federation of Farmers in Republic of Macedonia offices around Macedonia). It represents an opportunity to integrate the innovative and technological advances offered by on-line learning with the interaction and participation offered in the best of traditional learning (classroom learning, workshop or individual tutoring).
The project in the first phase included Training Needs Assessment of FFRM. As an outcome the following three workshops were scheduled and delivered:
1. Communication skills and writing reports;
2. Presentation and facilitation skills;
3. Sales skills.
During the period after the modules participants were supported by CDS mentors.
