The aims of the program are:
• to reduce the gap between the supply of the workforce and users of these talents especially with the shortages in the sectors/industries where the workforce is needed,
• to educate the business community and education providers in the country on the benefits of the internship program and
• to develop an internship program so, the companies that can not afford to bear the recruitment cost could benefit by being part of the program.
The portal www.mojakariera.com.mk is an interactive platform which allows interaction between students and job seekers and companies in a real time. Interactive activities such as: on-line career fair, forums, video-presentation by the companies and on-line presentation are some of the actions provided by the portal that allow both students and job seekers on one hand and companies on the other hand to communicate in a real time.
Also, a training program is developed and delivered for businesses on the internship methodology and students, on employability skills to better prepare them before the exchange of job applications and job offers takes place. Trainings are provided for students in writing a CV, cover letter, communication and negotiation skills.
