The second phase of Scaling-up Student Support Technician Clubs (SSTCs) is part of the USAID funded Primary Education Project managed by the Academy for Educational Development. PEP is aimed at improving the quality of instruction and increasing employment skills in youth. As part of this process, two teachers from each of 166 schools participated in a professional development program where they learned how to organize, establish and manage a SSTC at their school.
