The project was consisted of three phases: 1. Review of the current provision at undergraduate level at the universities and agricultural high schools in Macedonia 2. Assessment of the knowledge and skills needs of new entrants to a variety of the public and private agricultural advisory services 3. A desk-based comparison of the provision with the employment need, identify gaps and propose remedial actions The findings of the analysis were presented in front of the stakeholders in a form of a workshop in order to get their feedback and complete the evaluation.
