The main objective of the assignment is to assure steady planning process of regional development. The goal of the CDS team is to lead, coordinate and monitor the process of regional development planning for the two pilot regions: Vardar and Southwest Region.
In summary, team of experts’ task is to advise the Project team (Project Manager and Monitoring Officers) in each phase of the planning process assist the organizational set up for the regional planning and deliver set of planning related trainings to the regional working group. The team will also lead the consultative process through the established working groups and organized workshops and it will be responsible to draft and finalize the regional development plans

Guide the SWOT analysis for the two pilot regions and summarize the results. • Deliver customized training for the regional working group related to the Action Planning such as participatory planning, leadership, strategic planning, socio-economic analysis etc. • Coach the regional sub-groups in designing, drafting and finalizing the Regional Strategies and Action Plans • Assure that the regional plans are in compliance with established methodology for regional development planning and are coherent with relevant national and local development plans. | |
