Logistics is the management of resources and their distribution. CDS has provided logistical support in organising seminars, conferences, study trips, and most recently in organising 16 two-day workshops for teachers from 166 primary schools in Macedonia. We were responsible for all the aspects for a successfull training event, such as transportation, reimburcement of expenses, meals, accomodation, refreshments, training facility, equipment, materials and supoprt for any unplanned instances. |
