To work to its full potential, any kind of project needs to set out proposals and objectives. Then a monitoring system should be worked out to keep a check on all the various activities, including finances. This will help project staff to know how things are going, as well as giving early warning of possible problems and difficulties. CDS has been successful in setting objectives and monitoring the achieved results in our activities, such as Integrated Learning Project with MAASP, Financial Literacy and Building Roma Entrepreneurship with FIOOM, and many more. One of the keys to successful implementation of the projects is a panned system of early warning and managing the possible threats for the success of the project. Our experience and expertise in this aspect is continuously being build in the process of project management of previously mentioned projects. |
