The purpose of the project is documenting and analyzing procedures for acquiring 30 licenses and permits.
The focus of the analysis is on the following indicators:
- Number of steps and purpose of each step
- Number of people involved
- Time spent on each of the steps
- Documents needed for each step
- Document output of the process
- Location where the step is taking place
