Those which fail to master change are unlikely to meet the requirements their stakeholder groups now place upon them and ultimately leave them selves at risk of failure. This course equips managers with the requisite skills and knowledge to understand and sell the need to change, know when and how to react, develop appropriate strategic plans and motivate and empower staff to accept and move forward in future. Managers responsible for planning and/or implementing change initiatives in their organisations.
