The CDS is a private consulting company located in Skopje, Macedonia. We are a spin-off from a successful USAID project, Macedonian Business Resource Center (MBRC) which operated from 1995-2003.

Since establishing as an independent consultancy group, we have rapidly developed a reputation in Macedonia for delivering high quality expertise to public, private and international development clients. We have also developed a network of domestic and international consultants available to complement our in-house expertise.

The CDS has managed and implemented numerous development projects for international organizations such as UNDP, USAID, GTZ, EAR, etc. as well as local private and public institutions.
