Project Description:

CDS has done several market research activities and marketing analyses for clients of the Southeast Europe Enterprise Development (SEED), a project of the World Bank and IFC. The projects that were conducted covered several different industries such as the hospitality, frozen vegetables, ice cream, wood furniture, construction, media, tourism. The marketing reports that the CDS develop were used by SEED to further develop the Internal Enhancement Plan of its Client companies.

Project Description:

The CDS was engaged directly by several local companies in order to develop business plans and investment proposals. These documents were used by the companies to apply for loans from the local banks. The industries that were covered through the business plans included metal processing, hospitality, tourism, food processing, construction, and healthcare.

Project Description:

According to a decision made by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, by the end of 2002 all registered corporations in Macedonia had to be listed on the Macedonian Stock Exchange Market (MSE). Thus, all of the newly listed companies had to have a publicly available company profile. The CDS was engaged in the preparation of several of the profiles of Macedonian companies that were later successfully listed on the MSE.
