1. Logistics Support for Organizing a Seminar.

The seminar was for 22 people and covered the topic of scenario building “The Balkans in the Year 2015”.
Types of Services Provided:
The CDS was hired by CASIN to implement the logistics support for organizing a seminar in Ohrid, Macedonia. The CDS task was to arrange accommodation, technical equipment, transportation, facilities, and coordination between the participants, the trainer and CASIN during the time of the events.
2. Logistics Support for Participant Training Program.

Project Description:
Implement the logistics support for organizing a series of a Participant Training Program (PTP) Project in Macedonia. The project encompassed three seminars which took place in Skopje.
Types of Services Provided:
Arrange accommodation, technical equipment, transportation, facilities, and coordination between the participants, the trainer and World Learning Macedonia during the time of the three events.
3. Logistic Support for Organizing the 1st Conference of Associations of Processors of Fruits and Vegetables of Southeast Europe “Fit For The EU”.

Project Description:
The conference was organized in cooperation with the Macedonian Association of Processors – MAP and GTZ-Private Sector Promotion. The conference was held in Ohrid, and was a combination of a plenary session and a workshop. It had over 100 participants from all over Europe.

The CDS provided support for the preparatory activities and on the ground support during the conference.
4. Organizing a Seminar and Expert Visitor for Textile Companies.

Project Description:
The seminar was organized together with the Netherlands Management Cooperation Program (NMCP) and the Textile department of the Ministry of Economy. Participants at the seminar were managers of the Macedonian textile companies. The CDS engaged an NMCP textile expert to come to Macedonia, visit the local textile companies and give a seminar on the global industry trends and experience with formation of associations.
