For FOSIM, CDS delivered more than 10 workshops on Financial Literacy with the key objective to familiarize low-income families with practical aspects of household financial planning and regular saving.
In adition to that project, with the key objective to increase the incomes of the families, in 2010 CDS will provide 5 trainings in job search tools and 5 in How to start your own business.

CDS was contracted to provide skills in the participatory collection of physical, socio-economic and agro-economy information from the rural population for use by NEA staff responsible for the planning and management of the work programmes within the dispersed offices. The consultancy work is a continuation from that initiated in 2008 and reinforces the skills of the core staff trained then.It assists them to become a specialist group and take responsibility for the training of their colleagues to prepare detailed analyses of the agricultural knowledge and information systems within the catchment of the individual dispersed offices.

e-Career fair I
My Career team organized the first ever E-career Fair in Macedonia and the region that took place from 2nd to 6th of November 2009. It was designed to enable companies and students / job seekers get into direct contact and serve both sides in reaching their goals: matching a skilled employee with a job offer. The purpose of the e-Career fair was to present the potential employers and their job offers to the labor market in a focused, direct manner.

During the 2010, CDS has been contracted by MAASP to provide consultancy support to establish a framework for a women’s core group within NEA, facilitate pilot activities of NEA advisors with rural women, define the areas where NEA advisors have skills to offer to rural women, identify methodologies to ensure that there are adequate records of involvement of rural women in activities described in action plans, support organisation of workshops with rural women by women advisors and coach the gender group in lobbying and advocacy issues in the process of cascading their skills to the Agency as a whole. |

In November, 2009, InDevelop-IPM was assigned by Sida in Stockholm and the Swedish Embassy in the Republic of Macedonia to plan and facilitate a learning process of the achievements and experiences of projects on inter-ethnic education and youth work in Macedonia. The overall purpose of carrying out this learning process is two-fold. Firstly, in the process of phasing out the Swedish support to Macedonia, Sida would like to have a better understanding of the achievements and lessons learned of the supported interventions within the area of human rights and social cohesion. Secondly, and more importantly, the purpose has also been to enhance the capacity and support networking for the future among key stakeholders within the specific area of inter-ethnic education and youth work in Macedonia.
