In the pre-selection phase of the Project, two CDS training programs were accredited and a part of the Catalogue of training providers: Team work and Project activities. During November, schools will use the Catalogue to select providers that will deliver the trainings for their teachers. CDS is looking forward to the opportunity to serve the primary schools in Macedonia and build the capacity of the education providers. Based on the successful cooperation with the 7 primary schools earlier in 2008 we are confident that CDS will be the training providers of choice for even more schools.
CDS delivered the first part (3-day workshop) of the Strategic Planning Training in hotel Montana, Krusevo, from 13th until 15th of November. Some of the main aims of the training were presentation of the strategic planning process, gaining practical knowledge and skills for applying the methodology and tools for mapping the current state (SWOT, PESTLE), analyzing possible strategies and defining strategic aims and directions. This training is a continuation of the training efforts directed towards building the capacities of the Roma trainers. The second part of the training will take place in Skopje on 5 and 6 of December.
In the period from 24th to 28th of September 2009, in hotel Gratce, Kocani, for our client FIOOM, CDS designed and delivered a 5-day workshop for acquiring the knowledge and skills related to PCM based on the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). The Project Cycle Management (PCM) training is a follow-up training effort with the combined group of trainers from both groups of Roma ToT 2007 and 2008. It was based on the proposed list of topics for Roma trainer development outlined during the needs assessment in March 2009. All of the 9 participants successfully finished the training.
Responding to incidents within a corporate organization is a stressful and critical responsibility. During an incident, incident response managers and their team are watched, evaluated, and are expected to be able to lead. You do not want to be ill prepared. This boot camp is intended to assist designated incident managers before an incident by providing on-hand experience and guidelines on the entire process of managing of the incident. It covers situations which will require response techniques, coordination, communication and decision making. By applying the experiences absorbed through this boot camp and customizing them for one’s own unique environment, your organization will benefit from a very efficient and controlled incident management, as well as short resolution times and increase the organization’s knowledge through the lessons learned.
CDS provides and delivers high quality professional consulting services and trainings that lead to sustainable client results. We do that by interrelating the services coming from our three pillars: business development, organizational development and independent ICT consulting .
CDS’ philosophy is that human resources are the key factor for success. As a result, the CDS believes that the biggest tool for realization of every organization’s activities is its team, made up of employees and associates, domestic and international experts.
Having the team of highly skilled ICT experts and being vendor and product independent gives CDS the possibility to assist multinational corporations in the planning and implementation of telecommunications and IT projects across national borders, and at the same time provide the local expertise required in each country in the Balkan region.
The CDS has managed and implemented numerous projects for international organizations as well as local and international private companies and public institutions.
